Like everyone else, I asked for the free trial, with 4.95 postage to pay, and a month later I received a further pack, and £69 taken out of my account. Contacted the bank to stop payment, but was unable to and advised that it can take upto 31days for to stop payments, so they can take further payments from my account. I have tried calling Britensure to return the teethwhitener, but the phone goes to an answer message and each time I have been left on hold for over 30 mins. It is probably one of those extreme phone rate lines. This is a complete scam.
