Did not authorize transaction of $99.49 from my bank which has caused $136.00 in over draft fees =ing $235.49. I'm on social security disability and can't afford this crap. I've called three times talked to operator emailed twice and haven't heard anything back from them and I started this process Dec. 31st. I'm tired of the run around. Can anyone help.
