There is a hidden fee for joining.
The website says it is free to bid, but it is not, it cost $95.96.
There is no contact number, and the one I could find thru 1-855-297-2949 is an answear machine that will never do anything but play over and over the same thing: "our agents are busy at the moment, leave a message and we call you back". Of course this is a joke, I'm sure they listen to this messages and laugh.
