I got a loan thru cashcentral.com, which I have used before, the same day and time the money went into my checking account Williams Credit debited 19.00 for an application fee. I had never heard of them before and I never used their website. Icalled the phone #that showed up on the presentment from my bank which was 302-526-4051, and got a recording saying it was an automated withdrawel and was not refundable.
