I signed up for a free trial of a weight loss product. I was to pay the postage and handling up front. To date i have not received any product so i phoned the brisbane number on the website and got an person called sam with an american accent.
She advised that untill i receive the product and return it i can not get my money refunded.
She did advise me at my request that my account is cancelled.
