I was lured in thinking I was inquiring to receive an Applebee's gift card and I had no idea that I was signing up for anything much less a text messaging. I rarley text and pay US Cellular. 25 each for that. I am 57 years old and did not and still don't understand what and how they can charge me for something I never agreed to. I called them after seeing it on my bill and they refused to credit me back. Does anyone know how to help me get it back?
