Purchased Adobe CS5 Design Premium from them AFTER I called & spoke with a rep to confirm it was a full Retail/Non-Education/Academic version of the software. What do I get in the mail a week later? Clearly marked Education Edition with Academic ID required to operate the software. Not that big of a deal but NO PHONE, EMAIL response since I received the software! Now launching my online campaign to get a response.
