On 20 th december, i won a coffee maker and i paid for it. Later i cancelled my account and they said me i had to pay a cancellation fee (31€)
i paid it and they charged me three times the same fee (31 x 3= 93 €, 120 USD aprox)
i sent an e-mail to report the problem and they didn't do anything.
Later, on 28th December they charged me 67.99€ for the premium user account, and i sent ziinga another email saying that my account was cancelled and i have been paid the fee for it
the answer was: your account it's not cancelled (i have the email that says it's cancelled)
i don't know what to do, because they are making unauthorized charges on my bank account!!! Anyone can help?
