I received a letter and a check for $3250.00 from Crown Financial in Edmonton Canada, drawn on a Plastipak Packaging Inc. Company check out of Plymouth MI. The letter stated that it was a payout Notification and that I would receive $50,000.00 via Fedex as long as I paid taxes on the check - for $1950.00. The real insult, is that the check was made out to my DECEASED mother, who has been gone 6 years. I called the number on the letter, and a man with a heavy African accent told me to call back, and I told him I knew this was fraud, and I would report it. These people should be arrested!!!
