Platinum Portfolios of Southend on Sea, Essex, UK. I paid them 4,000gbp deposit for an investment property in August. Only one week later, my husband asked for a separation and i realised I could not continue with the investment for financial reasons. The contract stated that I was entitled to a refund LESS £995. I spplied for this and they emailed me to confirmt hat I would be getting this back 72 days later on 24th November. Despite repeated emails and phone calls to the company since that date I still have not received my money, I ahave since also discovered there are others that have not received their promided funds back.
