I just discovered Experian has been deducting two charges a month from my bank account every month since September. When I called in to see what this was I was told that "Anthony S" used my debit card to set up this account. However, when I asked for contact information for "Anthony S" they said he never gave any. How can someone set up an account with no contact information? They claim they are refunding my account, but it will not show up for 7 - 10 banking days.
