Same as all the other complaints. Not only did they debit my bank acct. For the $99.49 membership fee... But they do it as A CHECK THAT I AUTHORIZED which I NEVER DID. I did not even know this company existed until I saw the money gone out of my bank. I have tried and tried calling, emails, leaving messages... No results.
Today I found THAT SAME CHECK NUMBER for the $14.00 monthly fee. I can't cancelled the check because the number is #8999, they use the same ck number for each transaction. When I try and stop payment, my bank states NO, because the check has already cleared. I see all the other complaints against this company... Are you ever successful in getting the people their money back! Thx, becky knott
