I responded to an ad on Craigslist Montreal for a call-centre position. I received an email from David Kelby with a link to a pre-interview questionnaire with many questions. Upon completion of that questionnaire I was brought to a request for a credit check, citing the American Patriot Act 2001 as justification for the request. I did not click on the link or submit any further information, and emailed "David Kelby" back asking him why I needed to submit a credit check and then realized DUH obviously this is a scam. Can there be any damage done by "Clarke Careers" having my phone number, name and address?
