MGC Mortgage, they have No one there that knows what is going on and will Not put you with correct person. We have fought thsi company for years, they harrass us with phone calls that is their mix up Not Ours, They have told us over and over that we owe an escrow amount. We Do Not escrow. Never have. Said that we had a lapse in our insurance for a year. We have all the paperwork from our insurance company that clearly shows that we have NEVER had a lapse. Also tell us that they are not crediting our account with our payments that we send because of this "escrow" However they are cashing all the checks that we send. No one there will help.
