I have two loans with these people (that is stupid right?) However, they have been taking payments out of my account each week. The last time they did it was right before Christmas Eve and I was livid. When I called they had no justification on why they did what they did and I had to wait until this Tuesday to get my monies back. (this is like the 3rd time this has happened).. I advised then that I was going to let the entire world they if you don't pay attention to your bank account they will rob you.
