My wife made an order. They added an extra $14.99 for a club without telling her. Thanks to this website I caught the scam early before they charged me for multiple months. When you call them (they say in NJ) they tell you they cannot fix the problem or even find your itemized order. They instead connect you to the call center in India.in broken English they then say they cannot fix the problem either and send you back to the NJ group who repeat the cycle. I've blocked future charges from that company on my credit card.
