I ordered a jersey and received it. But when I took it out of the package and inspected it, I saw that the stitching job on the name patch of the jersey was poorly done. I wanted to return it but I read that I needed a return authorization number first. I have been asking for that number for 2 weeks now. They supposedly gave me a customer service number, but no one pickes up. I say bogus number. So now I'm stuck with a jersey I don't want anymore and the company refuses to help me out. I think they are stalling for the return days to come overdue so I no longer have a return option. Can anyone help me with this?
