I signed up with credit card for postage only £4.99 for free sample and as it was delivered I was told I had to pay over $25 for customs duty so I refused to accept it but have since received 4 deliveries of the same stuff by normal English post and have been charged almost £300 which I had not intentionally agreed. Two payments a month since then have been taken from my credit card account of varying amounts (eg £51 twice and £74.95). Since cancelling with my bank a further sum has been taken which the bank will refund and send refusal to the company. This is a complete scam and I am not using the product - who knows what is in it. I have written to company by recorded delivery after telephoning them, for confirmation that if I send products back they will refund the money but have not yet received a reply. A new amount of £46.53 has now been debited to my account. How can we stop this?
