I received a bunch of advertisments in the mail with some nice products. I order 4 of them with the impression I was going to get two free gifts. I only received one. They cashed my check in record time.

I received a box with my items in it. I only received 3 of the 4 items. There was no explination of why I only received the 3 items. I only received 1 free gift (which was quite cheap). About 3 weeks later I received a short note stating that the 4th item was on back order. I would be receiving it within 30 days. This was over 2 months ago.

I can't get in touch with the company because they have no web site and I don't think I should have to dial a long distance phone number. I have wrote to them and nothing. I even have sent them a note back in an order envelope hoping to get a response. None
