I initiated an online application and after being told I needed to fax information, I sent an email declining the loan. I never e-signed the loan documents which was necessary to complete the loan. My account was dratfed $19 and a subsequent overdraft fee of $35.00 added totalling $52. I am a disabled senior and have never been scammed and no one should be drafting monies that I have not authorized to do so. I will be fighting to get my money returned.
