I bought a Ford Fiesta Titanium from Barlow World Ford at N1 City South Africa some time in July. I took my vechile in for a service round about June for the first time with about 9000km's on the clock. The service Advisor told me the warranty on the vechile is no longer vallid due to the first register date that was on 30/03. I told them I am the first owner and the vehicle was registered in July for the first time and according to me that was the first register date. They lost my service book that had all the details and in the warranty book the date of first registration was not filled in. To make a long story short my warranty is now on 75% and I must pay for factory faults on my vehicle if I want it repaired. So I am pissed off.
