I order one of their electronic cigarettes for a so called "free trial". I was charge $99 for the "free trial" and the thing didn't even work one time. I returned the product to them and got a signature confirmation to assure that they got it. They have never returned my money. I called them about 45 days after they received the return and they told me they would process it and it would take 45 days to receive. I never did receive a refund. The electronic cigarette is a worthless piece of crap and they will steal your money. They are lying to you when they advertise "free trial". You still have to buy the filters and that's going to run you about $100. Please, don't let them steal your money.
