I purchased this product (online TV service) tonight at 22:38, and never was able to get the downloaded software to work properly, and with a slew of error messages when I tried to activate the software. Furthermore there was no telephone to call about the matter. The order number was 9R46WWEV and I paid via Pay Pal. I discovered a short time later that many people had had the same experience when I visited a website of many folks who had also been scammed by this operation.
