Stompeez is a scam

I ordered Stompeez slippers for my children at the beginning of December and I am still waiting for them. I have called the company twice and I get put on hold forever and have even tried tracking my order online, but I still can't get through. I have never had any problems purchasing items online before. What a disappointed for my kids. I will never buy anything "As Seen On TV" again.
