My son ordered 2 pairs of trainers from this site, I received an email after the site advising me that payment could not be taken from my sons account unless it is a visa.
The email said thank you for your order. I cannot get in touch with these people.
Please help me, I don't know how to get the money back or even check if they have taken it???
