My account was charged an amount of 99.49. We did not authorize this charge, now my bank says that I have to call the number to find out what this is. No luck there just an answering machine saying something about an order i placed. Was place through a check, but we have no checks never ordered them. Looked up website was shocked to see all the other complaints on this company. How could this happen especially on the holidays. Can someone lend some info on this company to get my money back.
