I stopped using credit one bank's credit card more than a month, because i realized that if i buy a 40$ product, in reality it costs me more than 100$ from creditone. My balance was 391$ in november, i paid 91$ dollars and never used it again. This month my balance is 370$ how is that even possible? When i called them they were very rude on the phone and could not give me a "good" reason to why they are charging me so much. I have 2 credit cards from capital one bank, but they have never done anything like that ever. On other hand, credit one bank keeps deducting balance from my card even though i do not use it anymore. How can i fight this credit company? They are scam, fraud and what they are doing is a real robbery. They are thiefs and criminals and deserve to be in jail. Anyone can help me how to fight them?
