I read all the complaints posted by other people... They did the same to me.

I called&1-877-869-3162 - they claim that the ad for the free sample also said that you had 14 days to call and cancel or else they would ship you additional products. I never read that but they claim it was there. After you receive additional product... You have ten days to return it and they will credit back your account.
They issue you a number and you write it on the box they sent your "order" in and write RETURN TO SENDER on in it.

But make sure you call them and cancel any future orders or they will keep sending them!!!
