I applied for a unsecured credit card through advertising under flex card. I paid the security deposit and was told i was approved for 1500.00 and that i should receive the card in 10-14 days. I talked with people on numberous occasions after i didn't receive the card and was assured that it had been sent. Today is 12/22, still no card and the telephone system has been shut down. I have to file a dispute with my bank about the charge and reorder another card. I have all the documentation about the approval, all the email's stating the card was sent and recorded conversations with employees telling me the card was sent. I wonder if we can get a class action law suit going?
