Asked for a trial product, didn't use it then next month they took the above money out. Only an animated phone, not spoken to a person & can't send it back. Stopped my debit card just before Christmas. Banks won't help because I ticked the little box agreeing to terms and conditions. The terms and conditions page is completely separate and no paperwork comes with the products to say this will happen.
