4th dec, i ordered online samples of the maturelles, anti rides and revitaderm agios which i was charged $25.52 to use during a 30 day trial period. Shipping costs for each of the 3 items cost me $8.77 plus currency conversion rates totaling to over < 1.00. Shipping would take less than 3 days to arrive. Full charges for each of the products were to be charged after the 30 day period, however i did not receive the items and then to find that on the 19th of DEC i was charged $98.00 plus 2 conversion rates adding to over $1.00.

I'm trying to contact this company but cant find their contact details to request a refund - as i still haven't received any of the products. Ive contacted my bank to cancel my credit card. And will now proceed with a charge back procedure. It will take sometime to get my money back. But i will get it back eventually. My 1st time being scammed. I no longer will shop online!!
