I thought I did my research and failed. Received my first bottle, two days later I was throwing up and stopped taking the weight loss tablet. I soon felt better called the company to cancel my order and was given a conformation number, two months later I receive another bottle and a charge to my account 79.99 called again and received another conformation number to cancel account. This did not stop them from charging my credit card again so now I have two 79.99 charges to my account that have not been refunded as of yet (12-20-11). When I called the number on my credit card bill was given a law firms name to write a letter to due to a lawsuit pending. Now I have to write a letter and hope to get something back.
