I ordered some ugg boots off the internet and doubted whether the order had gone through as i had recvd NO confirmation e mail. One week later the money has gone from my acct and the ugg boots arrived few days later. The boots i recvd were very bad quality fakes with stitching coming loose, glue stuck to material and a very large hole in the lining with cardboard sticking out. No returns label supplied and the website seems to have disappeared off google? Please help. Can i get my money back??
