I tried to purchase a NHL jersey on line with www.BruinsJerseyShop.com. After placing my order, the order status on my account with www.BruinsJerseyShop.com showed pending and the order had not been paid for. After checking with my bank, the transaction was made and funds were withdrawn from my account. The amount I authorized was different than the amount they took from my bank. An additional transaction charge was also taken from my account after the initial charge. The web site has no phone number, no physical or mailing address and communicates through e-mail only (which they do not reply to). I have contacted my financial institution to cancel my credit card and I am following up with their assistance to file fraud charges against this business.
