Golden Class Limo is absolutely terrible! I called the driver when I landed - he told me he would be outside (every other company has met me inside for a pickup w / a sign that I've ever used) and then I had to call the guy 3 times! By the 3rd time when I still couldn't find him, he put his flashers on! And, continued sitting in the drivers seat watching a woman w / 3 suitcases & did nothing at all to help!

Then, as we're driving, I tell him this is the worst service I've ever seen after having used many limo companies - he then tells me If I don't show him Id he won't bring me to my destination. I said I just gave you a credit card w / a picture on back, you had an online registration, and a phone registration. No where does it say you need my license (which just so happened was at the boarding gate, they forgot to give it back to me). He then tells me if I don't pay him cash, he won't bring me to my destination - I guess the goal was to try to make the trip as terrible as he could at that point. So ultimately what happened was the cops were called, showed up and lied to him -which when I showed my paperwork, credit card, etc the cop told them to take my credit card, that I did not have to pay cash, and that no where on the paperwork did it say that I must show ID. They then tried to tell the cop that my credit card was declined - which of course was another lie - so the cop laughed & said, well she has a handful of credit cards and seems willing to give you anyone - I also suggested we call AMX since I was positive there was plenty of room available which of course they wouldn't do. Basically nightmare of a company - STAY AWAY!!!
