Non-profit HOA managed by RCM:

It is a three ring circus and no one is laughing. Homeowner's associations in Texas are hiring management companies, who hire lawyers to work against homeowners. Enforcing Deed Restrictions is one thing but having your neighbor do the work leaves all property owners open to liens, foreclosures and multiple extra fees.

It is becoming so rampant that even the management companies using lawyer lingo.
Non-profits HOA can't even be reported with the TX attorney general.
Everyone in this circus is making a profit because there is no ringmaster.

Example: From personal experience almost 2 decades the decline of our neighborhood because
the HOA board members are mostly inexperienced and follow the mismanagement of RCM.in a current amendment which did not have the majority votes, has unconstitutional rules that the lawyer helped to write, RCM approved. The non-profit laws and Deed restrictions rules are not followed.

The only thing left is to DISSOLVE!
RCM steals money even with no contract. Sends bills even with no active HOA. REFUSES to be "fired" or let go. HOAs should never be allowed to force homeowners to be a part of a non-profit.
