Sent by mail - "Rapid Notice", "Express Notice" requesting for signature and $20, no postage necessary if mailed in US. Looked it up on line and it is reported scammers. See link, (Link Removed)
I didn't mail the money, but did complete the form. Upon noticing no postage necessary I googled it and it was just as I imagined. Those must have been the fools I spoke with on the phone two weeks ago. Booooo!!!
