I ordered a 7" netbook for my daughter on 12/3. I never received a shipment or order confirmation email and I tried to pull my account back up a few days later. It could not be found. I called and left a message with no returned call. I just got an email on 12/15 saying my order has been shipped, but when I check the tracking number, nothing is found.
