I went on this website believing I was getting a North Face jacket at a discount and order the jacket. I received a posting on my bank that did not coorelate with the purchase company called "weddingdress4u." I sent an e-mail to the northfacesalesservice@gmail.com (should have been a big clue North Face would not set up as a gmail account) questioning the company & amount. I received a response back not answering my questions just telling me not to worry that they got my money and my product would be shipped. I attempted to cancel my order and discovered that the website did not have a cancellation policy. I informed them via e-mail to cancel my order and have not received a response, and had to contact my bank and file a complaint to cancel the order.
