Ripoff, tring to harrass me into paying for a check that was from 1993 and that I did not write

I recieved my first notice from JBC Legal Group on March 29 they tried to tell me that I owed 62.29 for a nsf check wrote on 4/20/93. Plus they wanted a 20.00 returned check charge. Then 2 weeks later I get another notice and it went up to 246.00.

If anyone has any information of what I can do to help stop these people please let me know because I don't want them to try this on someone else that might not check them out and lose money.
