I ordered 2 pairs of ghd stylers for my daughters, It said it was a ghd official retailers site, paid with my bank card, recieved my tracking number and estimated date of arrival (5/12), the date came and went, I rang DHL and they didn't have a tracking number that coincided with mine, so I e-mailed ghdhair4u and asked for another tracking number. I checked my bank and the money has gone out to Jinfu Trading Co, but no straighteners. Please help, what can I do to get my money back?
