I ordered the 'free' trial which arrived on the 21.11.11, on the 6th Dec the took the £74.95 from my a/c... Fortunately I telephoned my bank and stopped any further monies being taken... I wrote tot hem on their contact page. But have had no reply. As today is Sunday I shall be contacting trading standards as this is happening to too many people and it is illegal!!! I have received no further samples from them and through a friend I have an IP address for them, plus the Linlithgow address which was on their delivery note, along with a phone number... This has to be stopped, I am on a pension and can ill afford to lose that ammount of money.
