Called and placed a "Trial" order for the cost of shipping only.
$4.95 was billed to my credit card. The order entry staff indicated that I would have 14 days to cancel any subsequent orders for their ACAI MAX product. I told them all I wanted was the trial order and no additional merchandise and was promptly hung up on.
The product "Trial" size arrived with a single piece of literature in the USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL envelope. I was charged $4.95.
A color chart to track your progress with a "DISH NETWORK" advertisement on each side with a DISH NETWORK order now phone number 877-843-9314. A recorded message says "This call may be recorded" and then you are disconnected (tried this a few times with the same result). They also list a website: www.eatingwell.com for great meals and tips (looks like a healthy eating type site.
No phone or website for Synergy Nutra are listed anywhere on this 5" by 8" color bi-fold flyer. I was then charged $97.95 exactly 14 days later. Filed a dispute with my credit card company.
