I ordered a pair of boots form kelly_mall and I received a little folded piece of fabric. Obviously weird. I went on paypal to get a refund. Paypal tells me I have to mail it back, out of pocket, to the seller with tracking info to get the refund. I go to the post office and it is $29 to get it back to China. Obviously I am not gonna spend another $29 to mail a piece of fabric when I was already robbed of the $26. This is a Scam. Do not order from kelly mall
