They also approached me as a mobile phone wholesaler from china, I placed an order for 5 phones, they keep delaying the shipping for 2-3 weeks gave me the reason that china custom has been so strict and told me not to worry, they will re-send the product asap and give me tracking number, but it never happen. They has been ignoring my email. Never get on skype again. The manager's email address is sophia@sztopstore.com. I'm willing to provide proof of email conversation and confirmed purchase through western union via email if requested. Please help me to investigate.
