Pulls over for tinting using 'lasertronic' faulty light reading mete

This was about 15 years ago on Fulton Ave in Rochester NY -
Pulled over because cop said he couldnt see me (had tinting on windows). There was lighter tinting on front windows.

Cop puts lasertronic light reading meter on window with tint... While he is righting ticket _ I removed _ the tinting from the window. Had him read it again and it % gave the same reading _ _ he still gave me a ticket... What a rip off...
