Ordered three items totalling £125.01. Taken to a co called 'realypay'. Like previous complaint looks genuine. Not received order 1 week later so raised a ticket. Reply was suspicious. Gave me an item amount (no description) and said it was out of stock and I needed to urgently reorder. Alarm bells went off. Checked with bank. £135.57 has been deducted from a co called 'Forward Thinking'. The discrepancy in the billed amount is because of the exchange rate apparently. Has gone to fraud dept. I do not expect to see my son's Xmas present sadly.
