I paid this company $1245.00 to help with the modification of my mortgage. My mortgage has not been modified and the company has suddenly gone out of business. Now I am out $1245.00 and I could lose my home. I was told that the money would be placed in escrow until my mortgage payment was modified. Now I find out my money is gone.
