I got a letter in the mail with a check for the amount of 4956.20 in my name and to call chris ayala to activate it. When i called he said to deposit the check into my bank account and call him back. The check was to cover the taxes for 200,000 dollars i had won. I googled the name and other people pop up with the same story.
