I knew something was wrong when they arrived in a plastic bag and not a UGG box. Once I took them out of the bag I knew they were not real!!! Last night I sent them a message... They did reply stating they could only refund me 75.00 but I would I would have to pay shipping. If I did not want to pay the shipping they would only refund me $30.00 and I could keep the boots. Some how I know I'm not going to see a dime from them. I should have known better... Total scam!!!
